Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

What if my spot is filled by another participant?

Will you make an exception for me?

Exceptions will only be made for a death in the family or force majeure. In this case, I will work with the venue and vendors to refund as much of your payment as is possible, no matter the date. Keep in mind this may not be a 100% refund; many venues have strict refund policies that I must adhere to.

Why can't I get a refund closer to the retreat?

What if the retreat is cancelled?

Madison Elyse LLC reserves the right to make date, activity, and hotel modifications to any retreat. This includes the details of itineraries as they appear on madisonelyse.com. Every effort is made to keep changes to a minimum.

Madison Elyse LLC retains the right to cancel, modify, or delay any retreat at any time for any reason. In the event of a force majeure (“Force Majeure”), which shall include, but not be limited to, an act of God, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, government-issued travel restriction or advisory impacting any portion of the retreat, or any other reason beyond the control of Madison Elyse LLC, Madison Elyse LLC may at any time, cancel or change the date of the retreat.

In the event of cancellation due to Force Majeure or otherwise, guests will receive either a) a full refund or b) a travel credit, in the amount paid to use towards another trip with Madison Elyse.

Madison Elyse LLC is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations, such as prepaid hotel accommodations or airline tickets. To avoid cancellation and trip change costs, please consider protecting your tour with travel insurance.
