Yoga Classes

With Engagement, Without Ego

When you take a class with Madison, you’ll quickly learn that her engagement-based cues, playful attitude, and micro adjustments are what make her classes shine. As you move through the building blocks for more advanced poses, you’ll feel empowered to explore your body on your terms, in a way that makes sense to you.

Any Level and Every Body

Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for decades or this is your first week on the mat, Madison caters to every level of practitioner. By using science-backed mobility techniques (FRC) she teaches her own unique style of yoga, making it possible for her to safely inspire, challenge, and educate everyone – no matter their level of experience.

Age Doesn’t Matter

When we say “all ages,” we mean it. Our current retreat guests range in age from late 20’s to early 70’s; nobody is too young or too old to attend a retreat. Why? Because we believe that intergenerational friendships are some of the most valuable connections that life has to offer. When we learn from each other, the world is more vibrant.

FAQ

"I’m in my 70s; 40s; 20s; are your retreats for me?"

Yes! Nobody is too young or too old to attend a retreat. Although my yoga classes are strong, I provide a wide range of modifications for you to choose from to make the practice accessible. Remember: this is your experience. You can always do as much or as little as you like.

"I’m traveling solo, and I’m a little nervous about making friends."

My retreats attract a lot of solo travelers, so you’re in good company! Meeting new people can be scary, but it’s my goal to make it as easy as possible. In the first few days, I’ll lead icebreaker activities to help you get to know one another. It can be awkward at first, but you’ll be surprised at how quickly you’ll start to feel comfortable.

"I’m traveling solo, but I want to enjoy my alone time. I’m worried I’ll end up people-pleasing instead of doing what I want."

As a fellow solo traveler who loves her alone time, I completely understand. I will provide a “silence” bracelet to everyone at the retreat on the first day. When you would like to be in silence and spend time alone, just put on the bracelet, and other retreat participants will know to respect your space. It’s that easy!

"I’m concerned about getting to the retreat – especially if I’m going somewhere that doesn’t speak English."

Prior to the retreat, you’ll receive an email with airport/travel suggestions to help you plan your trip. If you read it and find that you’re still struggling to book your flights, reach out to me – I’m happy to help! Once you arrive at the destination airport we’ll pick you up (and drop you off after the retreat), so you shouldn’t need to navigate any language barriers, as most airport employees speak English.

REACH OUT

Madison didn't just lead a retreat for us, she created and curated something so special I am still processing the effects on my life and health. This was a week I'll remember all my life. [...] I am now planning to come back to not one but hopefully two of Madison's varied and fascinating retreats. I feel I've only scratched the surface of what she has to offer her clients.

Ruth Cain

I'll be saying it for years and years, but you crafted one of the most memorable weeks of our lives. I can't say it was what I expected, but I didn't know what to expect. Seriously grateful for all of it.

Kolby Dickens

Madison you did it again! You and Danny provided a very open, welcoming, fun, relaxing week in a beautiful location! Absolutely love your approach to self care, wellness, mindfulness and just slowing down and being in the moment. Thank you both for a fantastic week!
