08:00 – 09:15: Daybreak yoga
Classes are designed to help you move creatively and develop a stronger connection to your body, mind, and inner wisdom.
09:15 – 10:15: Breakfast
Don’t worry, coffee is available both before and after your morning practice.
10:30 – 12:30: Workshop, excursion, or free time
The schedule will vary by day depending on the activities, excursions, and workshops planned for your retreat.
12:30 – 13:30: Lunch
Eat on-site or pack some food up for a hike and a picnic. It’s up to you.
13:30 – 17:30: Workshop, excursion, or free time
17:30 – 18:45: Evening yoga and meditation
Your evening practice will always end with meditation.
19:00 – 20:30: Dinner
Mix, mingle, and nourish your body with local foods.
20:30 – 22:00: Social time, self-care, stargazing
Take a sauna and head to bed early, or stay up and enjoy some tea or a glass of wine.
